MEET SHON

Shon Delia has lived in Northern California for 36 years. Shon is both a husband and father to a beautiful wife and teenage daughter. Professionally, he has two passions. First, is real estate. Shon has 22 years of investing experience and 12 years of selling experience.

Shon meticulously blends his real estate knowledge with market trends to fulfill his clients’ real estate goals. Second, Shon is an educator, business coach and strategist.

Prior to real estate, Shon was a successful sales trainer for a Fortune 20 company for ten years. He now combines both passions to share his experience on the value and process of homeownership. Needless to say, his diverse background leads to client loyalty, outstanding negotiation skills, thorough communication and patience to see you through your real estate journey.

MEET Jennifer

Jennifer Hooper has over 18 years of experience working within our communities in many different capacities, including education, healthcare and the restaurant industry.
Her experience has yielded a lot of knowledge in the local area, making her a valuable asset to her clients. Jennifer is celebrating the launch of her 2nd year in real estate, and is loving every minute of it. She is pleasantly surprised on how her service background translates to helping others understand the value and process of home ownership. Assisting buyers of all types is her specialty.

Jennifer grew up and has lived in the greater Sacramento area all her life. She now lives in Roseville with her wonderful and supporting husband along with her two children.
When not focusing on real estate, she spends time with family and her two dogs.

MEET KEVIN

Kevin Prokosch’s main focus in real estate is client satisfaction. He puts people first throughout the entire transaction, making sure that his buyers and sellers are taken care of from start to finish.

In his own words:  Real estate transactions can be overwhelming. It is my goal to provide clients a reassurance and expertise throughout the process, to help smooth the process and minimize stress. I love putting excitement back into the real estate process, and strive to build lasting relationships with my clients.

I enjoy helping buyers build equity by finding them the right property. I love working with sellers to get their property sold for the value they expect. My clients receive proper attention and information about their local market. Clients choose to work with me because I am strategic, personable, logical, passionate, and BOLD. Those who trust the strategy, efforts and process will benefit from hiring me to assist you with your real estate intentions.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from CSU, Sacramento in 2004, it was retail management that allowed me to fine tune my sales skills and customer service abilities. My career has led me to be an Ambassador to customer service and real estate has allowed me to discover my passion. My dedication and value is demonstrated by timely communication, skillful negotiating, providing proper care to my clients.

 

MEET Sheri

Sheri Paydock grew up in California and has lived in Northern California for 15 years. She is a wife to her husband of 16 years and mother to one daughter (and two dogs). She has been licensed in Real Estate for seven years in the greater Sacramento community. Prior to Real Estate, Sheri spent eight years in pharmaceutical sales and was a stay-at-home mom for her daughter. She loves the outdoors…walking, running, hiking, and camping. Sheri is a people person and possesses a passion for building relationships. She takes great pride in providing regular communication, exceptional customer service and attention to detail with each client and transaction. Her goal is to assist you in your buying and selling needs and make the process as seamless as possible. Sheri’s highest priority is your satisfaction!
