Steps to the home buying process

01. Research
Look at what is going on in the market and the economy. Is it a buyer's or seller's market? Research communities and styles of homes you might like.
02. Get Pre-Approved For A Home Loan
Before you begin shopping, find out how much of a home you can afford so you can enter the real estate market with confidence. A loan officer can assist with this, and we would be happy to refer you.
03. Find a real estate Agent

04. Shop for Homes
Begin your search with your real estate agent. Once you find a home you like, submit an offer.
05. Home Inspection
Once your offer is accepted and you are in contract with the seller, it is time to set up a home inspection and appraisal. Your real estate agent and loan officer team can assist with facilitating this.
06. Finalize the Paperwork
Your loan officer and title company will facilitate the final paperwork with you.
07. Close the Deal
Once both sides have signed all of the paperwork, you are ready to close on the deal and obtain the keys to your home!
